As Property Manager, you will be working closely with the principals, maintenance, and accounting personnel to manage the full lifecycle of commercial property operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle a high volume of tasks, build strong tenant relationships, and take ownership of both routine and complex property management challenges. Portfolio & Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of a 500,000+ SF commercial portfolio with 90+ tenants Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate corrective action with the maintenance team Manage vendor relationships, ensuring current certificates of insurance and all required documentation are on file Assist with coordination and budget capital improvement and construction projects from scope through completion Ensure properties remain in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and lease obligations Leasing & Tenant Relations Manage lease renewals, new tenant onboarding, and ongoing tenant communications Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution Coordinate lease abstracting and ensure key dates, obligations, and options are tracked and acted upon Support negotiations and preparation of lease amendments, letters of intent, and related documents Financial & Administrative Assist the accounting department with monthly rent billing and accounts receivable follow-up Provide first-round approvals for vendor invoices and operating expenses Support annual property budgeting and monthly variance reporting Maintain accurate records in Yardi Voyager, including lease data, work orders, and vendor files Manage administrative duties including correspondence, phone coverage, and document management

Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of commercial property management experience required Proficiency in Yardi Voyager or comparable real estate management software Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal and tenant communication skills; professional and service-oriented Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight Familiarity with commercial lease structures, NNN leases, and CAM reconciliation preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
