Position: Sales Manager
Location
Eureka, MO (serving St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, and surrounding areas)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial roofing, exteriors, gutters, and siding
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, proposals, closing, and post-sale follow-up
- Oversee sales pipeline and CRM usage (Acculynx, Google Drive)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance agents, and local partners
- Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and community outreach
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new sales staff
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in roofing, construction, or related industries
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Acculynx preferred), Google Drive, and basic math
- Knowledge of local market and community involvement is a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
