Job Overview:
Formedics is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead audience engagement and social growth on behalf of our physician‑led partners as well as Formedics corporate presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, understands how to build engaged communities on social, and can turn content into conversation. You’ll take ownership of partner social strategy and execution while supporting broader marketing initiatives across brand, events, and commercial campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Social Strategy & Audience Growth
Lead and execute social media strategy for clinical partners.
Build content calendars aligned to live events, podcasts, and partner initiatives
Drive engagement, conversation, and audience growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other relevant channels
Monitor trends and proactively recommend content opportunities
Manage posting cadence, copywriting, and community management
Translate performance metrics into clear reporting and optimization plans
Content Creation & Visual Execution
Design on‑brand social graphics and promotional assets
Edit short‑form video clips and social‑ready content
Maintain consistency with brand voice: peer‑led, approachable, clinically credible
Collaborate with leadership and KOL partners to amplify content
Marketing Support & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Support live event promotion and post‑event amplification
Assist with email marketing campaigns (HubSpot experience a plus)
Contribute to product launches and marketing campaigns as needed
Partner with Sales and Brand teams to align messaging and priorities
What We are Looking For:
8+ years of experience in social media, audience engagement, or digital marketing
Experience marketing to physicians or healthcare professionals
Proven ability to grow and engage professional audiences
Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of tone and voice
Graphic design and/or video editing skills a strong plus (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
Comfortable interpreting engagement data and performance metrics
Understanding of how to cover live events on social
Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership
