What You’ll Do Respond quickly to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to new leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
Generate interest through follow-up and cold outreach
Set appointments for the sales team and help ensure customers show up
Keep our CRM updated with accurate customer information (name, phone, email)
Work closely with sales and marketing to support promotions and campaigns
Deliver a professional, friendly experience that reflects the Ford brand
What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Confident using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and positive attitude
Automotive experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
