The Role
We’re looking for a driven, competitive Account Executive to help grow Noblewins nationwide.
This is not a passive order‑taking role. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal — working directly with decision‑makers at cities, universities, and organizations that care about sustainability, design, and legacy.
You’ll have access to leadership, real autonomy, and a product that opens doors because it’s genuinely different.

What You’ll Do
Own the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and close
Identify and pursue new opportunities with municipalities, colleges, universities, and public organizations
Tell the Noblewins story clearly and confidently — sustainability, durability, design, and impact
Build long‑term relationships with customers and partners
Work directly with leadership to refine messaging, strategy, and approach
Keep your pipeline and activity organized and up to date in HubSpot

What Helps (But Isn’t Required)
1–3 years of sales experience
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Comfort working with public sector or institutional buyers
Strong organization and follow‑through
