The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own client delivery after campaigns go live.
You’ll help to launch campaigns we develop and turn them into ongoing performance.
You’ll work closely with:
The founder on strategy, direction, key decisions, and campaign development
A collective of media buyers, creatives, editors, and contractors
Your role is to bring it all together and ensure everything actually performs.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Creative performance
Paid media execution
Marketing systems
This is not a coordinator role. This is an ownership role .
You will not always be handed step‑by‑step instructions, and you’ll be expected to figure things out, solve problems, use technology to your advantage, and move the puck forward.
What You’ll Do
Own post‑campaign client accounts and ongoing marketing execution
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, landing pages, email/SMS)
Analyze creative performance and drive iteration (hooks, angles, offers)
Direct and collaborate with media buyers, designers, and editors to improve results
Ensure tracking, attribution, and funnels are working correctly
Identify problems early and fix them without waiting
Find growth opportunities and act on them
Communicate clearly with clients and keep them confident
Keep everything moving; nothing stalls, nothing slips
What We’re Looking For
You’re a marketer first, operator second .
3 years in performance/paid marketing (agency or multi‑channel environment)
Strong experience with:
Paid ads (Meta Google required, CTV, DM, SMS/Email a plus)
Funnels/landing pages
CRM tracking systems
Deep understanding of metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
You care and believe that creativity drives performance
You can look at an ad and explain why it works (or doesn’t)
You’re comfortable operating without a perfect structure
You don’t wait to be told what to do
This Role Is Not For You If
You need detailed instructions to get started
You prefer narrow roles (just ads, just content, etc.)
You avoid ownership or responsibility
You struggle with managing multiple moving pieces
Bonus Points
Experience with video‑production
Experience scaling campaigns post‑launch
Familiarity with tools and CRMs like ServiceTitan, HouseCallPro, Salesforce, or Hubspot etc…

Comp & Role Details
$75k — $87k base
Remote first culture / Cincinnati, OH preferred but not required for various in‑person client meetings and productions
Flexible vacation policy, take it when you need it
Performance bonus tied to client results retention
