Rockwoods is Hiring: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Engineer Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite – 4 to 5 days/week) Position Overview Rockwoods is seeking a highly skilled SEO Engineer to lead advanced search engine optimization initiatives. This role blends traditional SEO expertise with cutting‑edge Generative AI technologies to maximize search visibility, organic traffic, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities Drive SEO strategies to improve rankings and increase organic traffic Utilize Crownpeak, Google Search Console, and SEMrush for monitoring and optimization Apply GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for keyword targeting and search optimization Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability and site health issues Optimize content for keywords, readability, and relevance Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams Track KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SEO engineering with measurable results Hands‑on expertise in Crownpeak, Google Search Console, and SEMrush Familiarity with GenAI tools for SEO applications Strong analytical and reporting skills Solid understanding of technical SEO (site architecture, indexing, schema markup) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
