
Account Executive

I’m partnering with an established and growing outsourced HR company to hire a true hunter to build out their St. Cloud / Southern Minnesota market.
This is a full-cycle, outside sales role where you’ll be responsible for prospecting, running meetings, and closing new business with business owners and HR leaders.
What you’ll be doing:
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Build relationships with CEOs, business owners, and HR leaders
• Develop a new/untapped territory and create your own pipeline
• Sell consultative HR solutions (payroll, benefits, compliance, risk)
• Manage longer, complex sales cycles and drive ROI conversations
What they’re looking for:
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Proven hunter mentality (not account management or BDR only)
• Experience selling to decision-makers and closing new business
• Strong communication + ability to run a consultative sale
Preferred backgrounds:
• Staffing, HR/payroll, benefits, insurance, managed IT, or similar
• Experience building a territory from scratch
Comp:
• Strong base + uncapped commission
• OTE: $150K–$200K+
• Top reps: $200K–$300K+
• Company car + full benefits
