Account Manager/Client Partner – Boston

TechYard USA is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to help strengthen and expand our client relationships from our Boston office.
This role sits at the center of delivery and commercial activity — working closely with leadership, clients, and recruiters to ensure hiring processes move well, relationships stay strong, and opportunities are maximized.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, sharp with people, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly.
What you’ll do
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted day-to-day relationships
- Understand client hiring needs, team dynamics, and business priorities
- Work closely with recruiters to drive live processes and improve delivery speed
- Help identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and process flow across active searches
- Support commercial conversations including rates, extensions, and renewals
- Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience in account management, sales, recruitment, or client-facing delivery
- Strong communication skills and confidence with clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Commercial instinct and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services is highly valued
