TechYard USA is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to help drive the next phase of growth from our Boston office.
This is a true hunter role — suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch, creating momentum, and converting conversations into long-term business.
You’ll work closely with leadership in a growing US office, with real autonomy, visible impact, and the chance to help shape commercial growth in the US market.
What you’ll do Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and relationship building
Identify and engage decision-makers across target clients and sectors
Lead commercial conversations to understand hiring challenges and business priorities
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Secure new job orders and develop long-term client partnerships
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure strong delivery and client experience
Maintain accurate CRM activity and commercial reporting
What we’re looking for 2+ years in sales, business development, or staffing-related commercial roles
Proven ability to win new business
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive business development
High energy, resilience, and strong commercial instinct
Experience in staffing, technology, recruitment, or professional services is highly valued
