About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community branch with a focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services that align with the organization's mission. This role involves overseeing a significant operating budget, a large membership base, and a facility, as well as driving membership and program growth, maintaining a best-in-class facility, and leading a diverse team of staff and volunteers. The Executive Director will also be accountable for fiscal management, financial development, and cultivating community partnerships, including relationships with local government.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for human services, social services, or business. A minimum of 3 years' senior-level operations and leadership experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment is required, along with a proven track record in managing staff, programs, budgets, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working with diverse populations, experience in volunteer management, and the ability to build and sustain partnerships with various stakeholders. Senior-level or multi-team leadership experience within a large, complex organization is a plus.
