Personal Assistant to High-profile Founder

A high-profile founder is looking for a Personal Assistant to support his family. This is an exciting opportunity to support a leader who values long-term partnerships. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Assistant to seamlessly integrate calendars, coordinate travel planning and logistics, and oversee multiple properties, including an international residence. You will also maintain organizational systems, oversee bill pay and vendor relationships, and serve as the primary liaison with household staff. Someone proactive, solutions-oriented, and demonstrates exceptional discretion when handling confidential information. This is a hybrid role, about 4 days/week, based in Los Angeles with travel between the office and the Executive's residences across West LA. 130-160K+ DOE + benefits, 401k, bonus eligible, and flexible PTO. Responsibilities

Manage the Executive's personal calendar and coordinate with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless integration with professional commitments. Maintain a master family calendar, integrating personal activities with professional obligations. Plan and execute domestic and international travel arrangements for the Principal and family. Collaborate with travel agents and concierge services for vacation planning and coordination. Develop and maintain organizational systems, including packing lists, household inventory tracking, and travel logistics. Manage documentation renewals (passports, driver's licenses) for family members. Handle all personal communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence. Oversee financial administration, including bill payments, subscription management, and household expense organization. Schedule car maintenance and services. Research and evaluate local and international service providers, including healthcare professionals, tutoring services, restaurants, and activities. Organize and coordinate social engagements and family events. Serve as primary liaison with household staff, including chef and housekeeper. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors across multiple properties. Oversee comprehensive home maintenance operations, including remote management of international residences. Manage secure protocols for login credentials, passwords, and account access for principal and immediate family members. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally with a long-term mindset and a commitment to relationship-building. Ability to thrive in high-demand environments with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Professional communication style paired with the speed and flexibility of a startup mentality. Proven ability to implement systems, manage projects, and coordinate with vendors and household service providers. Intuitive, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a high level of emotional intelligence and discretion. Comfortable using organizational tools such as Google Sheets and task tracking systems to manage logistics and communication. Calm and steady under pressure, able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and fast-paced demands. Bonus: Spanish language skills are a plus, though not required.
