As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role supporting the sales team and scaling our business, ensuring a full and robust sales funnel. Responsibilities Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads and 10 to 20 meetings per week. Work with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure the quality and quantity of all communications with prospects. Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing tools such as Apollo, SalesLoft, and Outreach. Ideal Candidate / Qualifications Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role. Experience with, or willingness to learn, sales tools such as Salesforce Sales Engagement, Salesforce Sales Prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. A track record of high achievement and a desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. Ability to handle objections and rejection daily. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who push you to improve. Self-directed and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Intellectually curious with a commitment to continuous improvement. Salary Salary: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $65,000 - $70,000 a year with an OTE of $100,000-$110,000.
