Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Marketing Specialist to support the growth of eFootball across key markets in the Americas. This role will contribute to the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives, working closely with global teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are effectively localized and delivered with excellence. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market relevance. Translate global campaigns into locally relevant activations, adapting messaging and execution for target audiences. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets. Collaborate with external partners, including agencies, licensors, and creators, to execute promotional activities. Assist in the development of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Track and report on campaign performance (e.g., engagement, user metrics), identifying areas for improvement. Provide market insights related to sports, gaming, and entertainment trends. Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing outputs. Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, sports, or entertainment. Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills. High attention to detail and executional discipline. Strong communication and presentation skills. Business-level proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mobile gaming or live-service products. Expertise in football (soccer) culture and the global sports landscape. Experience working with external partners (agencies, licensors, creators). Exposure to digital marketing and social platforms. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). What Success Looks Like Campaigns are delivered on time with strong attention to detail and minimal errors. Global initiatives are effectively adapted for local audiences. Cross-team coordination is smooth and efficient. Performance is consistently tracked and used to improve execution. External partnerships are executed professionally and effectively.
