Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This on-site role will be responsible for managing and supporting accounts for our sales representatives, including law firm relationships and patient coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at communication, organization, and client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with law firm accounts and referral partners
  • Support sales representatives by overseeing account activity and follow-ups
  • Track and manage patient cases from intake through treatment progression
  • Ensure timely communication between patients, providers, and legal partners
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve account performance and patient experience
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing relationships


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required*
  • 2+ years of account management, client services, or healthcare coordination experience
  • Experience working with law firms or in a medical-legal environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
