Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This on-site role will be responsible for managing and supporting accounts for our sales representatives, including law firm relationships and patient coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at communication, organization, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with law firm accounts and referral partners
- Support sales representatives by overseeing account activity and follow-ups
- Track and manage patient cases from intake through treatment progression
- Ensure timely communication between patients, providers, and legal partners
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and patient experience
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required*
- 2+ years of account management, client services, or healthcare coordination experience
- Experience working with law firms or in a medical-legal environment is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
