About Us: SynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This on-site role will be responsible for managing and supporting accounts for our sales representatives, including law firm relationships and patient coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at communication, organization, and client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with law firm accounts and referral partners Support sales representatives by overseeing account activity and follow-ups Track and manage patient cases from intake through treatment progression Ensure timely communication between patients, providers, and legal partners Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Identify opportunities to improve account performance and patient experience Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing relationships Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Bilingual (English/Spanish) required* 2+ years of account management, client services, or healthcare coordination experience Experience working with law firms or in a medical-legal environment is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
