Customer Service & Order Management Specialist
to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with systems like SAP while collaborating across teams, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do Create and maintain customer accounts in SAP Process new orders and update existing orders with accuracy Provide order confirmations and acknowledge purchase orders within 48 hours Communicate estimated shipment timelines (ETS) to customers Partner with Purchasing to determine product lead times Verify product availability and provide accurate delivery expectations Issue proforma invoices Cross-check part numbers and pricing on customer purchase orders Support the Sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support (preferred, not required) Associate degree a plus, but not required Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred Spanish language skills are a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
