Core Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience with full P&L and balance sheet responsibility.
Strong background in manufacturing operations leadership.
Preferred Requirements: MBA degree Proven track record of leading operational turnarounds or growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for leading all aspects of plant operations, including safety, environmental compliance, manufacturing, engineering, sales support, finance, and people leadership. This role carries full P&L accountability and is responsible for meeting customer delivery, cost, quality, and contractual requirements while achieving internal budget and performance targets.
Responsibilities: Lead overall plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial performance. Own P&L results, budgets, cost controls, and capital planning to drive profitable growth. Ensure customer requirements are met through disciplined execution of production schedules, quality standards, and contractual commitments. Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives across all functions. Build and maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged workforce, including effective labor relations and performance management. Provide strategic leadership across manufacturing, materials, quality, engineering, and support functions to achieve operational and business objectives.
Total Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 This role offers a competitive package and final details will be discussed with qualified candidates
