Director of Operations

Core Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting 3+ years of experience in a Plant Manager-level role Tier One automotive manufacturing experience Preferred Requirements: MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred A automotive manufacturer in the Atlanta market is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a high-performing operation and guide the business through continued growth and improvement. This role reports to a senior operations executive and is responsible for performance, culture, and customer satisfaction. The position requires a proven operations leader with strong business acumen and the ability to align people, processes, and strategy.
