Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls/emails in English and Spanish
Assist residents, applicants, and prospects with queries
Resolve issues as per process and quality standards
Document customer interactions and track resolutions
Follow company policies and escalate critical issues when needed
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in
