Bilingual Customer Support Representative Role Overview: Support residents, applicants, and prospects through inbound/outbound calls across multiple service areas. Responsibilities Include: Handle queries across Maintenance, Resident Services, Renewals, etc. Deliver excellent customer experience Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Requirements: ✔ Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent ✔ 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred) ✔ Comfortable handling multiple call queues ✔ Flexible to work shifts (9 AM – 8 PM) & weekends ✔ Must be available to work onsite
