Responsibilities: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Resolve customer concerns, process orders, provide product information, and document interactions accurately Prepare and provide customer quotes for products and services Track orders throughout the fulfillment process and proactively update customers on status Collaborate across departments to fulfill client requests and troubleshoot issues Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Input data and update customer records in company systems Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate complex cases as needed Meet or exceed service metrics and performance targets for accuracy, quality, and efficiency Support continuous learning by adapting to new procedures, technologies, and product updates

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems Critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
