is looking for a
Director – Sourcing (Americas)
to lead and elevate our sourcing strategy across direct and indirect categories throughout the Americas.
This is a high‑visibility leadership role where you’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive cost optimization, supplier excellence, and long‑term competitive advantage.
What You’ll Do As the Director – Sourcing (Americas), you will: Lead and develop a high‑performing
Americas Strategic Sourcing team Design and execute
regional and global sourcing strategies
aligned with business objectives Drive
cost reduction, cash improvement, quality, and supplier performance Build and manage a
strategic supplier base
that supports innovation and growth Lead supplier negotiations and oversee
supplier performance scorecards Proactively manage supplier risk and lead mitigation strategies Partner cross‑functionally with
Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Finance Support new product launches and key customer programs Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, processes, and performance metrics Coach, mentor, and grow sourcing talent across the region
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field 8+ years
of progressive sourcing or supply chain experience in a multi‑site manufacturing environment 5+ years
of people leadership experience Strong experience with
commodity strategy development
(direct, indirect, and services) Proven track record of
cost reduction, supplier performance improvement, and execution Ability to operate effectively at both
strategic and tactical levels Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a
matrixed, global organization
Travel Approximately
20% domestic
and
10% international
travel
