Customer Service Associate (Business to Business)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experience B2B Customer Service Associate (Account Manager) for a growing client in the Sharonville area. The Customer Service Associate supports customers by managing order processing, account inquiries, and ongoing service needs in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. This position is direct hire and will pay between $22 and $25.50/hr.
Responsibilities Responded to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, products, pricing, and availability Processed customer orders, returns, and replacements with a high level of accuracy Entered and maintained customer orders and account data in internal systems Coordinated with operations, shipping, and internal support teams to resolve order or delivery issues Provided product and part support to customers and assisted with basic troubleshooting inquiries Followed up on open orders, backorders, and customer requests to ensure timely resolution Maintained strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication Assisted with administrative tasks including documentation, order tracking, and reporting
Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business or manufacturing environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams Experience processing orders and working within an ERP or order management system Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
