Compensation Package

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business valued at approximately $2 million, consisting primarily of standard accounts with an average size of $25,000.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Quote and remarket new and renewal business as needed.

Collaborate with the Personal Lines Account Coordinator to ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a customer-facing role to foster trust and satisfaction.

Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
