Our client, a property management firm, is hiring a Property Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of their mixed residential/commercial portfolio across Boston. This role is highly administrative in nature and will serve as a key point of coordination between tenants, vendors, and internal property management teams to ensure efficient building operations and a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, questions, and service needs Coordinate and track maintenance requests and work orders with vendors and engineering teams Assist with preparation of tenant correspondence, notices, and communications Support lease administration, including abstracting leases and tracking key dates (expirations, renewals, rent escalations) Process invoices, code expenses, and assist with accounts payable/receivable functions Maintain accurate property records, files, and reporting documentation Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly property reports Coordinate vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation Support budgeting and financial tracking activities as needed Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding processes

Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience xsgimln in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-service oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
