Coordinateend-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-timevessel departures.
Managebills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists incompliance with carrier and customer requirements.
Prepareand provide shipping documentation to support customs clearance, includingcommercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificatesoforigin, and shipper’s export declarations.
Coordinateinternational cargo movements by managing documentation flow andshipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.
Qualifications
1–3years of experience in ocean import operations, freight forwarding, orinternational logistics.
Abilityto coordinate end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentationand on-time vessel departures.
Experiencemanaging bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists incompliance with carrier and customer requirements.
Abilityto prepare and provide required shipping documentation to support customsclearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading,certificates of origin, and shipper’s export declarations.
Experiencecoordinating international cargo movements by managing documentation flowand shipment-related information across internal teams and overseaspartners.
Englishand Korean bilingual (preferred).
Excellentorganizational and communication skills.
Proficientin MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $60,000–$65,000yearly. Your base salary will depend on your experience, qualifications, andskills.
