Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support both our sales and service departments. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your effort directly drives appointments, traffic, and revenue.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound internet leads (sales and service) via phone, email, and chat
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, recalls, and general inquiries
Follow up with unsold customers and missed appointments (no-shows)
Provide accurate information and route customers to the right department
Track all activity in CRM and hit daily/weekly performance goals
Build strong relationships with sales, service, and management teams
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service, BDC, Or Call Center Experience Preferred
Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
Comfortable handling high call volume
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
