Residential Life at Fork Union is the heart of our mission. These professionals mentor, guide, and support cadets in their personal growth outside the classroom instilling discipline, character, and respect. Our Residential Life team plays a vital role in creating a structured yet caring community that helps students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Ideal candidates are strong communicators, empathetic leaders, and role models who are passionate about working with adolescents in a values-based environment. Live-on-campus positions are available and include housing and meal benefits during the academic year.
