Swan Point Yacht & Country Club is currently seeking a passionate and motivated golf professional to join our team. We are open to candidates at various experience levels, including
Assistant Golf Professional, Head Golf Professional, or Teaching .
Professional Position Overview This role will include working
2-3 days per week in the golf shop , assisting with daily operations, member services, and merchandising. Compensation for golf shop hours ranges from
$18-$20 per hour , based on experience. A key component of this position will be overseeing and growing our
Junior Golf Program . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching and player development, with
additional income potential available through junior programming, as well as group and individual instruction that you are able to schedule .
Responsibilities Include
Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
Managing day-to-day golf shop operations
Assisting with events, leagues, and tournaments
Organizing and leading the junior golf program
Offering instruction (individual and group)
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the game of golf and player development
Experience in golf operations and/or instruction preferred
PGA membership or pursuit of PGA certification is a plus (but not required depending on role)
