Overview
Niagara Frontier Golf Club is an 18H member‑owned facility 25 miles north of Buffalo/Niagara Falls in Youngstown, NY. The club was established in 1930 includes an active membership, a tradtional parkland course design and fantastic practice faciliities.
The Assistant Golf Professional will play a key role in the daily golf operation and gain valuable experience in tournament management, merchandising, instruction and member engagement. This position offers a great opportunity to work alongside a 30 year PGA Professional in a traditional club environment. A passion for the game of golf is required.
Experience Required Golf Shop and Teaching experience necessary.
Essential Responsibilities
Assists the Head Golf Professional with the following activities:
Leading Daily Golf Operations and Activities.
Serve members and guests in a friendly and warm manner.
Oversee daily Starting Times, Golf Shop merchandise sales, Golf Cart program and the Practice facilities.
Monitors pace of play, manages outiside service team, practice facilities and member bag storage.
This position will have the opportunity to provide members with individual and group golf instruction as time permits.
