Excellent opportunity on offer for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Technical Sales professional to join a growing, global engineering-led organization where you will play a key role in driving new business across a strategic West Coast territory.
On offer is a technically engaging position where you will be responsible for developing new accounts within complex manufacturing environments, managing longer sales cycles, and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
The company is an established international manufacturer supplying engineered products and solutions into a range of industrial markets including automotive, energy, and advanced manufacturing. With continued investment into their US operations, they are expanding their commercial team and are looking for a driven individual who can generate new opportunities and win key accounts.
In this role, you will focus on new business development across a defined territory, targeting OEM manufacturers and industrial clients. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle, working alongside internal technical teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong new business mindset, experience selling into industrial or manufacturing environments, and a track record of managing longer, consultative sales processes. The Role
New business development across a defined West Coast territory
Prospecting, cold outreach, and opening new industrial accounts
Selling engineered, solution-based products/services
Managing complex, consultative sales cycles
Working closely with internal technical teams

Experience selling into industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong track record in new business and account acquisition
Comfortable managing longer, solution-based sales cycles
