Position Summary
Hunter Bell is seeking a highly driven individual to join the Sales team as an Account Executive and to support the Sales Director. In this role, the Account Executive will play a key part in all aspects of the wholesale business, delivering exceptional service to wholesale clients through market support and day-to-day account management. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, maintaining strong relationships and consistent communication
- Manage all aspects of account operations, including order entry, inventory monitoring, in-season performance, swaps, RTVs, consignment requests, and special orders
- Forecast seasonal sales for existing accounts and partner with the Sales Director on projections and final order submissions
- Drive in-season revenue through weekly ATS reporting, identifying opportunities for reorders and incremental business
- Prospect and onboard new wholesale accounts within assigned territories
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Accounting and Fulfillment to ensure timely payments and accurate order delivery
- Schedule and lead market appointments while proactively reaching out to prospective partners
- Partner with the sales team to develop market tools including linesheets, lookbooks, and other sales assets
- Review and manage all incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and providing updates to accounts on changes and delivery timelines
- Attend key markets (NYC, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami) to present collections, strengthen relationships, and drive new business
- Oversee sample coordination, ensuring all materials are market-ready and shipped on time
- Manage invoicing for bulk orders, ATS reorders, and swaps, ensuring accuracy and adherence to account terms
- Handle wholesale returns through Cin7, including inventory restocking and issuing credits or refunds
- Monitor accounts receivable, including outreach to past-due accounts and reconciliation of payments
- Process and record payments across multiple platforms (Authorized.net, ACH, wire, and check)
- Manage high-volume order processing in Cin7 and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment in partnership with warehouse operations
- Collaborate on new season development, including product setup in Cin7 and linesheet creation in Joor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5+ years in fashion wholesale
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Familiarity with JOOR is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable approach to client relations
- Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of retail math and sales analysis
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with other team members in a remote environment
