As an Usher
Ticket Takers, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests attending our event. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, collecting and scanning tickets, and guiding them to their seats, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

Greet guests and collect/scan their tickets upon arrival
Direct guests to their assigned seating locations
Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Ensure the event space is clean and organized
Collaborate with the event team to address any issues that arise Qualifications
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive, welcoming attitude and a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences Working Conditions
