Job Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish/English) – Technical Support Location: Johnston, IA Duration: 24+ Months (Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension) Shift: 1st Shift Pay Range: $20.50/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative II (Spanish/English) to join our technical support team. In this role, you will provide front-line support to customers and partners by resolving product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality service across multiple communication channels. This is a contract position with performance-based pay increases and retention bonuses at defined milestones.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot product and software-related issues Deliver timely and effective solutions to customers and partners Document all interactions accurately in the case management system Maintain and contribute to internal support documentation and tools Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written – advanced level) Working proficiency in English (spoken and written) Prior experience in customer service or technical support Strong computer skills and troubleshooting ability Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible shifts within business hours Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment

Preferred Qualifications Experience in agriculture, Agtech, or related industries Familiarity with software applications, mobile apps, or web platforms Background in IT, Engineering, Business, or Agriculture-related fields Experience working with dealer or partner support channels Work Schedule Support hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shift-based) Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within this window Occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Training & Onboarding Initial training will run approximately 6 weeks Training schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Full productivity expected within 3–4 months Attendance during training is critical; time off is not permitted during this period

Additional Information This is a contingent/contract role with no guarantee of full-time conversion Opportunities to apply for internal full-time roles may be available Retention bonuses and pay increases at 6, 12, and 24 months (subject to completion of assignment)
