We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to own and grow key

wholesale men’s apparel

accounts across major department stores, off-price retailers and national retailers. This role is focused exclusively on the

men’s business —from strategy and sell-in to in-season management and profitability. Note:

Recent, hands-on men’s apparel wholesale experience is required and non-negotiable. What You’ll Do Own & Grow Men’s Wholesale Accounts Lead day-to-day management of assigned

men’s apparel wholesale accounts , including major department stores and key national retailers. Develop and negotiate seasonal and annual sales and margin plans for core men’s categories (denim, knits, wovens, outerwear, suiting, casualwear, etc.). Track performance vs. shipment, sales, margin, and turn goals. Drive Sales & Present the Men’s Line Present the

men’s seasonal line

during markets, road trips, and line reviews. Build and sell assortments using history, rankings, and trend analysis specific to the men’s customer. Ensure assortments align with the overall men’s brand vision and each retailer’s floor strategy (denim, casual, tailored, athleisure, etc.). Planning, Forecasting & Inventory Management Partner with internal Planning to create preseason forecasts and in-season reforecasts. Analyze weekly and monthly selling, inventory, and shipment data by door/region to identify upside and risk. Recommend replenishment, reorders, and chase programs based on men’s style/color performance and emerging trends. In-Season Business Management Lead weekly selling reviews with Buyers and Planners. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, and Distribution to ensure compliance, on-time deliveries, and quick resolution of order issues. Conduct end-of-month and end-of-season hindsight analyses. Relationship Management & Market Intelligence Build strong, trusted relationships with Buyers, Planners, and senior merchant partners focused on the

men’s apparel business . Regularly visit key doors to understand floor execution, competition, regional preferences, and customer response in men’s. Represent the brand at markets, trade shows, and account meetings, strengthening our position in men’s fashion. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree. 4–6+ years of wholesale sales/account management experience in the fashion industry. Direct, recent experience in MEN’S APPAREL wholesale is required

(managing men’s accounts, men’s classifications, or men’s-focused brands). Proven success managing major department store or national retail accounts in fashion. Strong command of wholesale financials: open-to-buy, margin, IMU, turn, markdowns, and profitability levers. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability; comfortable working with selling reports and making data-driven decisions. xywuqvp Ability to travel as needed for markets, account meetings, and store visits.
