Construction Superintendent
to lead high-profile projects.

What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in
bridge, highway, or heavy civil construction
(preferred)
Strong knowledge of the
construction process
from start to finish
Leadership skills to
supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Familiarity with
DOT specs, sitework processes, and safety compliance
Comfort with technology, project tracking, and quantity reporting
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
What You’ll Do
Oversee all
on-site construction activities
and lead project teams to success
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across every phase of construction
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep schedules and budgets on track
Proactively resolve issues, enforce safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships
Drive project completion while keeping crews motivated and aligned
