We Search People are currently working with a well-established construction and consulting firm that is looking to bring on an experienced General Superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil and highway projects.
This is a key leadership role overseeing field operations across multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
What you’ll be doing: Overseeing daily field operations across multiple heavy civil/highway projects Managing and mentoring superintendents, foremen, and field teams Driving project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with DOT standards, regulations, and company procedures
What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a General Superintendent Strong background in heavy highway, roadwork, earthwork, and infrastructure projects Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of safety standards and field operations
