Position Summary As a
Business Development Representative
at Albany Subaru, you will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, showroom and service requests, and internet leads. Your role is vital in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the sales and service teams to meet customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming sales calls and answer internet inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
Coordinate customer questions and issues with the appropriate departments
Maintain accurate tracking of sold vehicles, hot sheets, and appointment logs
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads
Greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure excellent service

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
Friendly and helpful attitude with excellent communication skills
Highly professional and dependable work ethic
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is an advantage
