Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The role involves supporting clients in buying, selling, and renting real property. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, negotiating sales terms, conducting property showings, preparing contracts, and delivering excellent customer service to clients throughout the real estate process.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales with a strong understanding of the real estate market
Exceptional Customer Service skills to deliver top-tier client experiences
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with digital tools and real estate platforms; familiarity with eXp Realty systems is a plus
Previous experience in contract work and self-motivated professional development
