Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent based anywhere in Florida. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting buyers and sellers in property transactions, conducting market analyses, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the best real estate experience for all parties involved. Daily responsibilities include listing properties, scheduling showings, negotiating contracts, and effectively maintaining customer and prospect relationships.

Qualifications

Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property processes

Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and effectively within a team

Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly desirable

Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus
