This will be a hybrid role with 3 days on‑site in NYC.
This is a

Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements & Documentation
Gather, analyze, and document product requirements across platform and consuming teams
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Maintain up‑to‑date documentation across tools such as Confluence and JIRA
Support the creation and iteration of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for shared platform capabilities
2. Data & Insights
Track and report on shared component adoption metrics across products and geographies
Analyze platform usage data to identify divergence, duplication, and adoption barriers
Develop dashboards and scorecards to communicate platform health and performance
Support experimentation and feedback loops, including interpretation of A/B test results
3. Stakeholder & Cross‑Team Collaboration
Act as a liaison between platform engineering, design, and product teams
Facilitate working sessions, document decisions, and track action items
Communicate the value and impact of shared components to stakeholders and leadership
Support coordination of multi‑market rollouts and platform enhancements
4. Governance & Process
Support governance processes related to component adoption vs. customization
Maintain traceability between platform decisions and downstream product impact
Contribute to development of decision frameworks, scoring models, and playbooks
