Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Events & Voter Outreach Coordinator based in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating community events and outreach activities to promote voter registration and education. The coordinator will engage with community members, develop relationships with local organizations, provide training, and ensure impactful communication to encourage voter participation. Other tasks may include enhancing public awareness through informational campaigns and providing customer service support related to voter inquiries.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and support voter-related inquiries

Experience in Community Outreach and public engagement to foster partnerships with local organizations and promote voting initiatives

Proficiency in Research to gather and analyze information relevant to voter education and community needs

Ability to deliver Training to community members and volunteers on election-related topics

Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan and execute events and campaigns

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital outreach tools is a plus

Experience working in governmental, nonprofit, or civic engagement organizations is desirable

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field preferred
