Complete PLACE Launch training
Implement weekly PLACE lead generation
Advise buyers, secure agreements, and identify properties
Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Host two open houses monthly
Convert leads into appointments
Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes
Provide expertise on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
