The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. This opportunity is open to both experienced mid-level professionals and senior-level Account Managers seeking a stable, growth-oriented platform.
This role offers strong internal support, structured processes, and meaningful client engagement — not transactional, high-churn servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service commercial client accounts across multiple industries
Lead renewal strategy, including marketing and carrier negotiations
Conduct coverage reviews and exposure analysis
Process endorsements, policy changes, and certificates
Partner closely with Producers and internal service teams
Identify cross-sell opportunities and coverage gaps
For senior-level candidates: provide mentorship and support to junior service team members
Qualifications
5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Active Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Strong knowledge of core commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella/Excess, Workers Comp, etc.)
Experience managing renewals and marketing accounts to carriers
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Senior candidates should demonstrate advanced renewal strategy, complex account experience, and leadership/mentorship capabilities.
