What You’ll Do:
Execute door‑to‑door fundraising and canvassing campaigns in Atlanta neighborhoods
Engage with residents to promote nonprofit causes and secure donations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and community members
Represent partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals
Participate in ongoing training focused on business development, leadership, and communication
Assist in mentoring and onboarding new team members as you advance
Deliver positive, impactful donor experiences through face‑to‑face interactions
Requirements
Background in sales, customer service, fundraising, or canvassing is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented, competitive mindset
Outgoing personality with confidence in public interactions
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Must be available for immediate full‑time employment
