Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and confident Digital Marketing Specialist to represent a highly respected and technically advanced manufacturer within the firearms industry. This individual will serve as a front-facing voice of the brand—engaging directly with the audience, shaping how products are understood, and communicating clearly across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in the firearms space, who can speak with credibility to both seasoned enthusiasts and newer audiences. The position blends community engagement, content coordination, and on-camera communication, requiring strong industry awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible messaging.

Key Responsibilities Community Engagement

Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions across platforms

Actively participate in relevant industry and community conversations

Maintain a clear, confident, and informed brand voice

On-Camera Communication

Appear on camera to explain products, use cases, and industry topics

Communicate effectively with both experienced and entry-level audiences

Deliver messaging with clarity, authority, and authenticity

Content Publishing & Management

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards

Maintain organized content calendars and workflows

Content Development Support

Write and refine captions, headlines, and supporting copy

Collaborate with internal creative teams (video, design, editing)

Support content planning and execution initiatives

Industry Awareness

Monitor trends, conversations, and key voices within the firearms space

Identify strategic opportunities for brand engagement

Provide insights and feedback to internal teams

Performance & Insights

Track engagement metrics and audience behavior

Identify high-performing content and key drivers of success

Provide recommendations to improve clarity, reach, and impact

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in social media, content coordination, or a related role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Deep familiarity with firearms and related equipment

Comfortable and confident speaking on camera

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Active involvement in firearms communities, training, or shooting sports

Interest in outdoor, range-based, or hands-on mechanical environments

Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts effectively

Physical And Work Environment Requirements This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy.
