About The Client We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of the largest and fastest-growing global technology and digital engineering companies. The organization specializes in enterprise platforms, retail transformation, and omnichannel commerce solutions.

Job Overview We are seeking a D365 Commerce & F&O Omnichannel Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation of retail and e-commerce solutions. The role focuses on Commerce configuration, omnichannel processes, integrations, and delivering seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for omnichannel commerce

Configure D365 Commerce modules (POS, storefront, product catalogs, pricing, promotions)

Design integrations with F&O, payment gateways, shipping, and external systems

Manage data migration (products, customers, pricing, orders)

Drive UAT, performance testing, and post-go-live support

Conduct training and workshops for retail stakeholders

Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and extensions

Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales/demo activities

Must-Have Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in retail / e-commerce / ERP consulting

5+ years hands‑on experience in D365 Commerce + F&O integration

Experience in POS, order management, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs

Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations

Experience with integrations (APIs, dual‑write, Commerce Scale Units)

Experience in multi‑country implementations (US / India)

Strong knowledge of O2C processes, retail workflows, and high‑volume systems

Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments
