About the Role We're entering a new era at Jones Road—one powered by AI enablement and the belief that the right person with the right tools can achieve extraordinary impact. This role reports to our Senior Director of Growth and Ecommerce and is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, innovation, and driving measurable results through digital excellence.

We're looking for a passionate, high-agency individual who can independently own our digital product roadmap and conversion optimization strategy. Using cutting-edge AI tools like Claude Code, you'll build, test, and optimize experiences that would traditionally require an entire team. While you'll have design and development support, this role demands someone who can strategize, execute, and analyze with remarkable independence. This isn't a role for everyone—we're looking for one very specific person who's excited to redefine how digital commerce work gets done.

What You'll Do

Manage and execute the complete website digital product roadmap and user experience strategy

Collaborate closely with the Growth team to build, test, and analyze high-converting landing pages

Execute an always-on conversion rate optimization program using AI tools and data-driven insights

Analyze and optimize site performance using GA4, heatmaps, and other analytics tools

Support the continuous testing of new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms

Collaborate with Growth, Retention, and Creative teams to drive new customer acquisition outcomes

Execute A/B testing strategies and experimentation programs, preferably with IntelliGems and Shopify

Manage the feedback loop from testing to analysis to team-wide learnings and recommendations

What You'll Bring

3‑5 years of experience in ecommerce, conversion optimization, or digital marketing

Hands‑on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools (absolutely required)

Proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation, preferably with IntelliGems and Shopify

Strong landing page build and optimization experience

High agency mindset with extreme passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends

Startup experience preferred; agency experience welcome

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team

High ambition and drive to redefine digital commerce excellence

Familiarity with heatmap tools preferred

Basic coding understanding and experience with design tools like Figma a plus

What Success Looks Like

Build and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap using AI‑powered customer insights and data analysis

Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rate, average order value, and overall user experience

Maintain an always‑on, world‑class conversion optimization program with minimal support

Generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive growth team outcomes

Establish yourself as the go‑to expert for digital product optimization and AI‑enabled commerce strategies

Demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex digital initiatives while contributing to team success

This is a very new role and a revolutionary way of working. We're willing to significantly invest in the right person through coaching, training, and support, but we need someone ready to pioneer the future of AI‑enabled digital commerce with us.

This is a hybrid role based out of NJ. The compensation band for this role is $85,000 - $135,000.
