Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and user‑centric experiences across digital and physical retail ecosystems. This role focuses on designing seamless omnichannel journeys across web, mobile, and in‑store touchpoints, including healthcare or pharmacy‑related experiences where applicable. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and business teams to deliver impactful, end‑to‑end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end product design for digital platforms (web and mobile apps) and connected in‑store experiences.
Design intuitive user flows for key journeys such as browsing, purchasing, fulfillment (delivery/curbside pickup), and service interactions.
Translate complex business and healthcare‑related requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity designs, and design specifications.
Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user insights and validate design decisions.
Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and high‑quality implementation.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and user‑centered design best practices.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor junior designers and help elevate design quality across the team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
6+ years of experience in product/UX design for digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and interaction design.
Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, e‑commerce, or omnichannel environments.
Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated domains.
Experience designing for complex systems and service‑based journeys.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
Compensation, Benefits And Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors.
